The video below was sent to residents of a village in Indonesia’s southern province of Kalimantan a few nights ago, and it generated quite a stir on the Asian side of the Internet.
According to accounts, a massive circular disk lit by the moon appeared over the hills surrounding the hamlet in the late evening. Many people in the area felt that an alien invasion or the end of the world was on the way.
Fortunately, neither of these things happened; yet, the mystery surrounding the events detailed above remains. Unfortunately, the video is of low quality because it was filmed on an old phone with a broken video camera, which made it difficult to observe the anomaly well.
The strange disc-shaped item, however, was not a conventional cloud, according to all eyewitnesses to the occurrence. It seemed more like a miraculous cluster of energy, framed by the moon’s stunning light.
