This sighting took place in Toccoa, Georgia. The man observed a large cigar-shaped black object while driving down the local highway.
He pulled out his phone and began photographing the bizarre event. He thinks he’s never seen anything like it, and it certainly isn’t one of our crafts.
It also has nothing in common with a weather balloon!
We also can’t discuss dirt or a line scrawled on a car window since the object is sometimes concealed by foliage. (See the diagram below.)
