Miracle of Compassion: Rescued Fox Finds Life Amidst Despair, Nursed Back by the Unconditional Love of a Bulldog (Video)

A demonstration of this is the special relationship that a rescued fox managed to forge with an English bulldog.

It all started when a couple in England found the little fox terribly injured. She barely seemed to be alive and they decided to seek help to save her. That’s how they contacted Pauline Ashanolla.

“Ernie was so bad that the flies were starting to cover him. She would not have made it if she had been found 15 minutes later,” Pauline said.

Pauline was a dog groomer recognized locally for her enormous love of animals. She didn’t have much experience in rescues but she immediately went to help the little fox.

Her situation was so delicate that Pauline left everything to help her.

He took her to the vet and there they assured him that it was a true miracle that the little girl was still alive. She would need a lot of care to move forward and they still couldn’t ensure that she would make it.

The little fox was named Ernie and Pauline opened the doors of her house to him. For months he could only feed himself through a syringe and little by little he regained his strength.

She had so many ticks, fleas and worms that they almost killed her . Her recovery was not easy but Pauline quit her job to be able to take care of her 24 hours a day .

Many warned him not to get his hopes up but all his efforts began to bear fruit.

“Ernie was terrified at first. She didn’t want to get close to anyone . After 3 weeks they started playing and they haven’t been apart since,” Pauline explained.

Once Ernie recovered, it was time to introduce her to the house dog. Pauline was very worried that they would not get along, but her friendly English bulldog became the best friend and protector of the new furry girl in the house.

The sweet pair of friends love to take long naps together and when they regain their energy they begin to explore everywhere to fulfill their dose of daily mischief. The images of Marley, the bulldog, and her fox friend have caused a sensation on the networks .

They look too adorable together and have become a reminder of how special animals are . There is no doubt that this beautiful family will help Ernie fully recover from his difficult past.

Have you seen a pair of friends like Ernie and Marley? Don’t leave without sharing this beautiful story that has left many with a huge smile on their faces.
