A woman ended up absolutely bewildered and surprised when, thinking that she was taking her dog after picking it up from the groomer, she suddenly saw a very strange attitude in her pet.

After having the worst suspicions, she decided to take a photo of “her dog.” 10-month-old Lucky was sitting in the car seat next to Tykesha, but clearly something was wrong with him.

His expression on his face immediately revealed his unfriendly face and that he was not comfortable at all.

Immediately, the puppy looked in the most suspicious way towards the camera. It was then that Tykesha, who lives in Virginia , United States, decided to make a video call to her boyfriend. She wanted her partner to help her scrutinize what was going on with her beloved Maltese poodle.

Lucky was usually the most loving and caring one and now he looked so angry.

I went to pick up my puppy, I walked in and the lady at the counter said, ‘Oh, are you here for Bentley?’ I said, ‘no, I’m here for Lucky,'” Lucky’s owner said.

“While she was walking away to get the dog, I was dealing with the receipt. I look up, and see a dog in front of me. I didn’t get a chance to see it properly, all I saw was white. I go to the car and put it in. He turned around and I thought ‘he looks so different,'” Tykesha explained.

Once on the way home, only when she repeatedly called her cute Lucky, without getting any response, did she notice differences in the pattern of his fur. He could also notice that his paws, usually pink and soft, were now dry.

Clearly, that wasn’t his dog.

To make sure, I video called my boyfriend, Quinn, and showed him the dog. He said ‘uh, it looks different’. I told Quinn that he was about to start driving and he said ‘don’t do it’. “I’m starting to think he’s not Lucky,” the woman said.

«I was looking at his paws and his ears. I noticed that Lucky didn’t have that weird thing around her eyes. That’s when I knew this wasn’t my dog,” she said, stunned.

Tykesha had no choice but to return to the salon with the imposter dog under her arm. When he gave it to the workers there and told them about his suspicions, they immediately confirmed that the angry furry guy was actually someone else named Bentley.

The totally confused and embarrassed staff returned the real Lucky without hesitation.

«I jumped straight out of the car and ran immediately. She was the same woman who was at the door and said, ‘Hi, Bentley!… I was like, ‘this isn’t my dog, where’s my dog?’ Where is my puppy? Everyone was shocked. “I understand the confusion, they’re both white, but I thought they’d have labels on the back or something,” Tykesha mused.

“I was definitely relieved when I met up with Lucky.”

Despite the terrible confusion and thanks to the fact that everything ended in the best way, Tykesha assures that she would return to the same place, she thinks that anyone makes a mistake.

However, since the images were spread on the networks, many Internet users dedicated themselves to discrediting the hair salon, saying that they would not even jokingly take their loved ones there to end up losing them.
